Procurement Manager

EOS DA is looking for an experienced specialist for the position of Procurement Manager, who will be responsible for comprehensive management of procurement processes!

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar position in procurement or supplier management.
• Experience working with documents, agreements, and contracts in the Polish market.
• Higher education, preferably in logistics, management, economics, or related fields.
• Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Polish (spoken and written) will be a significant advantage.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to analyze the supplier market.
• Knowledge of modern procurement tools and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Independence, initiative, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Managing supplier relationships and monitoring fulfillment of obligations.
• Searching for new suppliers and analyzing the market.
• Optimizing procurement costs and processes to ensure efficiency and budget savings.
• Working with procurement and ERP systems.
• Managing procurement risks and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Collaborating with internal teams (finance, production, etc.) to align procurement strategies.
