Lead Quality Manager

We’re looking for a Lead Quality Manager to help our team ensure smooth onboarding, high-quality output, and continuous improvement of our BPO projects.

Their platform supports global teams working on cutting-edge projects in areas like autonomous technology, advanced analytics, and computer vision. 

You’ll be leading annotation teams, implementing best practices, and ensuring smooth workflows that directly impact project success.

This role allows you to influence both team performance and client satisfaction, making a tangible difference in our projects.

What you'll do in this role  

• Own and manage onboarding of annotation teams, ensuring efficient workflows and clear guidelines.
• Lead mentoring, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across teams.
• Monitor, review, and improve quality and productivity through feedback and corrective actions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders, fostering collaboration and resolving challenges.
• Analyze feedback to spot improvement areas and drive best practices.
• Stay updated on tools, features, and annotation techniques, acting as a role model for the teams.

We're looking for

• B2 level English skills with strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Experience in quality assurance, mentoring, or coordination roles.
• Quick learner with confidence in using new tools.
• Knowledge of annotation practices is a plus (training provided if new to the field).

How to knock our socks off

• Experience with similar projects, knowledge of annotation tools, process improvement expertise.
• Previous leadership or mentoring roles.
• Curiosity, proactivity, and a passion for building successful teams.
• Naming five or more dishes that include beetroot besides borshch.
