Senior React Native Developer

We’re looking for a Senior React Native Developer to help our US-based Healthtech client migrate to a unified React Native architecture and solve complex technical challenges.

Our client is a growing Healthtech company focused on creating technology that improves people’s lives. They are building a unified modular application that integrates both regulated and unregulated features into a single platform. By migrating to React Native, they aim to modernize their architecture, reduce dependencies, and improve scalability.

As a Senior React Native Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in this transition, acting as a technology consultant and hands-on engineer. You’ll ensure smooth brownfield integrations, drive modernization efforts, and support best practices for cross-platform development in a regulated domain.

What you'll do in this role  

• Lead brownfield integration and migration tasks, ensuring smooth transitions and reduced technical dependencies.
• Support the React Native modular architecture, unifying regulated and unregulated functionalities.
• Contribute to modernization efforts such as TypeScript migration, design system updates, and authentication improvements.
• Work on navigation features, including deeplinks and push notifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in collaboration with client engineers.
• Collaborate with global teams (US, Poland, EU) to align delivery goals and technical standards.
• Provide ad-hoc engineering support for evolving client needs.

We're looking for

• 6+ years of commercial software development experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on React Native experience.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript and React.js (a big plus).
• Proven track record in iOS/Android mobile app development.
• Experience with TypeScript, OAuth flows, design systems, and push notifications.
• Familiarity with brownfield projects and native integrations.
• Fluent English (B2+), excellent communication skills, and experience working in distributed teams.
• Proactive and self-driven mindset with the ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise.
