We are looking for a Middle Manual QA Engineer to work on an innovative FinTech project. It is a smart digital wallet and card that brings together all of a user’s bank and payment cards into one, providing seamless payments, real-time notifications, and smarter control over personal finances.
- Analyze functional and non-functional requirements;
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases and checklists;
- Perform manual testing (ad-hoc, functional, regression, acceptance, and re-testing);
- Conduct web and mobile application testing across different browsers, devices, and platforms;
- Conduct UI and API (REST) testing;
- Validate data using SQL queries;
- Maintain and improve test documentation and test plans;
- Participate in sprint/release planning from a QA perspective;
- Proactively identify risks and suggest process or product improvements.
- 3+ years of manual QA experience;
- Solid understanding of QA methodologies and testing best practices;
- Strong skills in requirement analysis and identifying test needs early in the process;
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile application testing (cross-browser, cross-platform, responsive design, native/hybrid apps);
- Hands-on experience with UI and API testing tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger);
- Proficiency in working with databases and writing SQL queries;
- Strong analytical thinking and technical mindset, with the ability to perform manual calculations and understand complex logical conditions;
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (written, reading, and spoken communication).
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI);
- Experience writing automated tests (e.g., in Python, JavaScript, or similar);
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
