Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle HR process management for assigned teams (onboarding, development, engagement, retention).
- Building strong partnerships with team leaders: providing support in talent management, employee development, and conflict resolution.
- Supporting the adaptation of new employees: from onboarding through to successful completion of the probation period.
- Initiating and implementing activities to boost team engagement, including team-building events and regular internal initiatives.
- Contributing to the development of the company’s HR processes and optimizing existing practices.
- Conducting HR research and surveys, analyzing results, and improving processes based on the insights.
- Actively participating in the development of corporate culture: promoting company values, supporting internal communications, and strengthening team collaboration.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in HR / People Partnership roles within IT companies.- Proven experience working closely with teams and individuals (building effective team communication, monitoring team morale, selecting appropriate motivation tools).
- Strong understanding of the full People Management cycle — from onboarding to exit interviews.
- Awareness of the importance of HR analytics and its role in supporting management decisions.
- Confident user of Google Sheets and basic analytical tools.
- Experience working with HR CRM systems (e.g., PeopleForce, BambooHR, HiBob, etc.).
- Hands-on experience in implementing key HR processes such as 1:1 meetings and performance reviews.
