We are looking for a Product Designer to join our team on a part-time, project-based basis. During periods of high client demand, we need someone who can quickly step in, support projects, and deliver high-quality design solutions. This role is perfect for a designer who thrives in a dynamic environment, values flexibility, and enjoys working with international clients.

What you’ll do

Contribute to projects on demand, supporting design needs across web and mobile products
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions
Participate in client meetings and workshops, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements
Deliver high-quality UX/UI designs aligned with client goals and product vision
Adapt quickly to new projects, industries, and workflows

What we’re looking for

Strong portfolio showcasing product-oriented UX/UI design work
Experience in product design 3+ years
Excellent English (both spoken and written) for communication with U.S. and European clients
Great communication and collaboration skills
Ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results independently
Flexibility to work on-demand, depending on project flow

Nice to have

Experience working in consulting or project-based environments
Familiarity with design systems, prototyping tools, and user testing practices
Background in B2B or SaaS product design
Understanding of development processes and collaboration with engineers
