What You’ll do:

• Design and build core infrastructure for a complex, real-time automation platform
• Take end-to-end ownership of features — from design to deployment
• Make key technical and product decisions as an early team member
• Develop robust, scalable systems that support thousands of production lines in real time

Required experience:

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack proficiency with JavaScript/TypeScript (Next.js) and Python
• Comfort working in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments
• Daily use of AI-assisted development tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)

Technical skills we value:

• FastAPI, WebSockets, and Python async programming
• PostgreSQL, Redis, and workflow orchestration systems
• Experience with real-time event systems (SSE) and message queuing (strong plus)

• React/TypeScript with real-time data streaming
• Experience building real-time visualizations and managing complex state

• Docker, containerization, and microservices architecture
• Experience designing scalable, distributed systems
