AI / Machine Learning Engineer

🔎 What You’ll Work On

• Designing, developing, and experimenting with Generative AI models (LLMs, GANs, VAEs, diffusion models, etc.).
• Applying and fine-tuning machine learning and deep learning algorithms for real applications.
• Building and maintaining scalable ML pipelines and data workflows in the cloud (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Supporting MLOps practices — automation, monitoring, and CI/CD for ML systems.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn AI ideas into working solutions.
• Staying up to date with the latest AI research and trends to help shape future projects.

💼 What We’re Looking For

• Solid hands-on experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Data Science.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of cloud services (AWS / GCP / Azure) and best practices for deploying ML models.
• Good communication skills and English level B2+.

💡 Nice to Have

• Understanding of Generative AI concepts or a willingness to dive deep into this area.
• Familiarity with tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Hugging Face Transformers.
• MLOps experience — MLflow, Airflow, or Kubeflow.
• Publications, open-source contributions, or active participation in the AI community.
