Strong Middle React Native Engineer (part-time)

We are seeking a talented Strong Middle React Native Engineer (part-time) to join our dynamic team.

What is this project about?

It is a digital well-being platform that helps users improve focus, balance, and performance through guided routines. We’re transitioning from a web-based MVP to a React Native mobile application, enhancing accessibility, personalization, and user experience. The app will integrate AI-driven coaching and subscription-based access.

What is the team size and structure?

Our team consists of a Senior Designer, a Senior PM, a DevOps, QA and Backend Engineer. Close collaboration with client.

What does the interview process look like?
— Recruitment interview — up to 30 minutes;

— Technical Interview — up to 1 hour.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in React Native development (iOS & Android).
• Strong in JavaScript/TypeScript and mobile app architecture.
• Proven experience with API integrations, authentication, and subscription flows.
• Skilled in creating high-performance, user-friendly mobile UIs.
• Experience collaborating with backend, QA, and design teams in an agile setup.
• Familiar with state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.) and CI/CD tools.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the mobile app using React Native, ensuring high performance, smooth UI/UX, and consistent integration with the existing backend API.
• Implement subscription and authentication flows in alignment with the app’s access and membership model.
• Integrate smart onboarding features including AI-guided coaching flows, ensuring seamless user activation and engagement.
• Collaborate closely with backend, QA, and design teams to translate product requirements and wireframes into production-ready mobile experiences, following agile delivery principles.
