We’re opening the position of an Account Manager to work as part of our Sales Department and manage one of our business accounts.
This position requires extensive traveling (business trips) to our Clients’ headquarters in Europe and the USA.
- Manage account and be focused on technical solutions, product management and overall improvements on account level (risks, development lifecycle, CSAT)
- Be responsible for collaboration between Sales and Delivery, providing consultation on creating solutions for the Customer; ensure Delivery leadership is aligned with the company/Customer strategies and focused on the high CSAT
- Assure proper project(s) deliverables in all aspects (budget/scope/schedule/quality) and at all stages — initiating, planning, executing, monitoring/control, and closing
- Grow the existing client relationships and maximize client portfolio satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong and long-term relationships with assigned Clients that lead to partnership and mutual benefits
- Monitor and control client satisfaction with provided services and keep it at high level according to the company standards
- Manage the Client’s expectations related to projects/teams/delivery inside the account; monitor and increase client satisfaction; facilitate client communications
- Report the account status within account to stakeholders (including high-level status in regards to the Client, people, and business development perspectives)
- Create account development plans, identifying add-on business opportunities
- Control financial relationships with the Client and meet the assigned expectations for profitability
- Focus on product management and technical excellence of the products delivered on account; identify, evaluate, and work with risks on the account level
- Proactively work on new cooperation opportunities and develop business with the Client, helping Sales to “sell” revenue recovery items
- Help in identifying resources required for successful project execution and long-term business relationships, ensuring overall competence growth within account
- Review proposals for completeness and risks from the Delivery perspective
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing; facilitate addressing of elevated billing issues when they arise
- 5+ years of experience in the IT industry
- 2+ years of experience in Delivery management and technical IT project management
- Ability to on business trips abroad (Europe, the USA)
- Experience in cooperation with end customers
- Experience in cooperation with foreign customers
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), RUP, and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of software development company functioning principles
- Understanding of offshore software development specifics
- Understanding of the IT industry trends
- Understanding of business revenue models
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, or a similar field
- English level – Upper-Intermediate or higher
- Certifications or completed trainings in Account Management and Key Account Management
