As our hiring needs increase, we want someone who can own the full recruitment process, communicate with candidates in a way that makes them genuinely want to join us, and build long-term trust with the hiring team.
You’ll be the person who shapes first impressions of Rock&Apps: driving sourcing strategies, building meaningful connections, elevating candidate experience, and ensuring our growing team is powered by exceptional talent. Here, you will have both the autonomy to influence the hiring process and the support to grow professionally together with the company.

What you’ll do
- Fully manage the hiring process — from the first contact to the final candidate selection and offer presentation.
- Develop sourcing strategies for roles of different levels and directions.
- Conduct interviews — from intro calls and video interviews to competency-based interviews.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to ensure the recruitment process is as transparent and clear as possible for them.
- Create an excellent candidate experience — we build high-quality communication with candidates to make them want to work with us.
- Apply a data-driven approach — track metrics for your vacancies and implement changes based on data.
- Stay up to date with market trends and introduce great initiatives.
- You will have the opportunity to be involved not only in recruitment but also to closely collaborate with HR team.
What we’re looking for
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a product company.
- Experience closing performance marketing positions, among others.
- Ability to provide clear and high-quality feedback after interviews.
- Strong sourcing skills — we work with challenging positions that require proactive search.
- Understanding of recruitment analytics and the ability to draw conclusions based on data.
- Knowledge of Ukrainian or Belarusian language
