Affiliate Specialist

The Adromeda team is looking for a Junior Affiliate Specialist with experience in any vertical, starting from 6 months!

Adromeda (https://adromeda.com/) is a marketing agency with many years of experience and exclusive offers across different fields, with a primary focus on the dating niche. The company works with partners and markets worldwide, paying special attention to Tier 1 countries.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide support to partners (manage 15–20 partners);
• Work with budgets starting from $50k/month;
• Optimize traffic;
• Conduct and test s2s postback integrations;
• Search for new partners;
• Perform traffic fraud checks.

The team expects:

• Knowledge of key traffic sources, how they work, and how to optimize them (FB, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, MB, etc.), as well as skills in fraud detection;
• Strong understanding of core metrics (ROS, ROI, EPC, CR, DOI, RevShare, CPM, CTR, etc.);
• Understanding of how major verticals in affiliate marketing operate;
• Skills in conducting and testing s2s postback integrations;
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate or higher;
• Good analytical and communication skills;
• Sociability, persuasiveness, strong argumentation skills, teamwork, and client-oriented approach;
• Willingness to represent the company at international conferences.
