Role description: Viseven is seeking a HelpDesk Engineer for flexible freelance cooperation (up to 100 hours/month) to support our Poznan office.
On-site presence is required roughly twice a week whenever offline or hardware-related tasks arise.
- Installation, configuration, OS support of Windows, Linux, macOS with iOS tablets and phones.
- Ability to installing the required software.
- Support of IP telephony hardware configuration (IP-telephony, laptops, smartphones).
- Repair of PCs and laptops (assembly of computers, diagnostics, replacement, disassembly/assembly of laptops for cleaning, testing).
- Local network laying, configuration, maintenance.
- User's workplace preparation.
- Ability to manage user's accounts (creation, deletion, modification).
- Setting office equipment (printing, scanning, etc.).
- Local and remote support to users from different locations.
- Selection and ordering of hardware and components, their installation and configuration.
- Consulting and training of users.
- 1+ y. of commercial experience.
- Windows Server setup, understanding forest architecture, AD, DNS, RDP.
- Azure Settings, Azure AD.
- Knowledge of postal services.
- Excellent knowledge of PC components, understanding of compatibility, and optimization.
- Ability to work with logs, debug error report.
- Troubleshooting at the software level.
- Working in a UNIX shell, basic commands.
- Working in CMD WIndows, basic commands.
- Knowledge of ip telephony.
- Working with ACS at the administrator level.
- Polish — Upper-Intermediate or higher.
- English — Intermediate or higher.
- Ukrainian will be a plus.
