Senior BI Developer / Data Architect

About the Role

We're seeking a talented Senior BI Developer / Data Architect to join our growing Data&Analytics team. As a Data Architect, you will play a major role in scaling our existing BI Platform, Data Warehouse (DWH), and Data Management operations. You will be responsible for building unique ETL processes that transform raw data into valuable business insights. The role is ideal for candidates who are adept at balancing hands-on development work and project management/system design responsibilities.

What will you do:

• Design, develop, and scale our  BI platform and Data Warehouse architecture.
• Collaborate regularly with the company`s management, R&D team, and analyst teams, while leveraging your creativity to develop innovative BI solutions.
• Own the entire life cycle of BI system development, from designing solutions with key business users to full development of the solution, including building API and connectors, data processing (ETL), data modeling, user interface, and support for business analysis.
• Design intuitive BI dashboards and reports using Qlik to support business decision-making.
• Drive innovation in BI processes by leveraging AWS RedShift, Matillion, and other modern data tools.

What you will bring:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in developing BI systems, including at least 3 years of experience in ETL development and strong SQL capabilities.
• Experience in BI development using Qlik and leading BI projects independently.
• Experience in business, economic, or marketing analysis.
• Practical experience in the field of Data Warehouses (DWH) using ETL tools.
• Practical experience with AWS RedShift, Matillion for ELT/ETL processes, and/or AutoML processes + developments is a big plus.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Great team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within the company.
• Ability to take ownership of end-to-end solution creation, including design, development, user interface, usage, and analytics.
