Affiliate manager

AFF1 (aff1.com) — a direct advertiser and affiliate network for Nutra & WhiteHat — is looking for an Affiliate Manager to join our Dream Team (Poland/Warsaw).

• Experience in sales

• Experience in verbal and written negotiations, including English (Intermediate level or higher)

• Ability to analyze, plan, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining priorities

• Strong decision-making, self-organization, and communication skills

• Continuous desire to learn and grow professionally within the company

📌 Key responsibilities:

• Managing the incoming flow of publishers

• Attending conferences and industry events to connect with potential Aff1 partners

• Maintaining trusted relationships and resolving issues promptly with current publishers

• Motivating partners to improve their performance

• Discussing and continuously analyzing affiliate campaign conditions (rates, creatives, etc.)

• Monitoring partner activity, analyzing performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations to increase revenue

• Preparing performance reports and analyzing personal results to ensure positive ROI

• Overseeing the development and distribution of marketing tools and promotional materials for partners
