We are looking for Junior Product Manager to join our team of professionals. The ideal candidate thrives on experimentation, possesses a sharp analytical mindset, and has the ability to generate, validate, and implement innovative ideas to solve specific product problems and drive performance improvements.This role is dedicated to execution and optimization. You will be responsible for finding and proving solutions to concrete, defined challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem & Data Analysis: Deeply analyze current product metrics, user funnels, and conversion data to pinpoint specific pain points and performance bottlenecks.
  • Hypothesis Generation & Prioritization: Continuously generate, document, and prioritize high-potential hypotheses for improving key performance indicators.
  • Experiment Design & Execution: Design tests and experiments to validate hypotheses against current user data. Clearly define success metrics, sample size, and duration for each test.
  • Cross-functional Solution Implementation: For promising hypotheses, translate validated solutions into clear, detailed tasks for design and engineering teams. Act as the primary liaison to ensure accurate and timely implementation.
  • Results Control & Iteration: Own the measurement of experiment results. Analyze the data post-launch to confirm statistical significance and impact, decide on implementation/reversal, and document learnings to inform the next iteration cycle.
  • User-Centric Insights: Utilize research and data analysis to understand specific user needs related to the problem area, translating these insights into actionable, testable product improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Analytical Powerhouse: You possess a strong analytical and quantitative background, demonstrating a clear ability to make decisions solely based on data and statistical evidence.
  • Experimentation Fluency: Proven experience with the hypothesis-driven development process (Define problem — Formulate hypothesis — Test — Analyze — Iterate).
  • Technical Communication: Proficiency in creating clear requirements and collaborating effectively with developers and designers to see changes through to production.
  • Problem Solver: Exceptional ability to break down complex product problems into smaller, testable components.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple concurrent experiments and development cycles (e.g., using JIRA, Asana).
  • Relevant Experience: Background (1+ years) in a role focused on product management, product analytics, conversion rate optimization (CRO) is a strong plus.

• Language: English proficiency (Upper Intermediate or higher).
