We expect you:

Have at least 1,5 years of experience as an HR manager
Have Intermediate level of English
Have experience working with IT specialists
Are sociable: You want to get to the bottom of the problem, know how to ask insightful questions, and address h colleagues' requests
Are a team player: You are ready to work in a team and help colleagues to achieve results
Are people-oriented: You strive to build partnerships with colleagues and understand the importance of employee loyalty
Are initiative and proactive. You don’t just follow the instructions – you seek and implement the best solutions
Quick decision-maker. You are good at task prioritization and can take responsibility for delivering results

Main responsibilities:

Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding and adaptation, 1-to-1 meetings, performance review administration, offboarding
Interact with management regarding all people-related matters
Develop, improve, and automate HR processes
Participate in employer brand development projects
