3+ years of experience in a Salesforce Administrator role.
Proficiency in English, at least B2 level.
Salesforce Administrator certifications.
Knowledge in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and system automation.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security concepts.
Ability to customize and configure Salesforce using declarative tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work from 16.00 till 1.00 (Kyiv Time)
Responsibilities
Customize and configure Salesforce to meet business needs, including but not limited to workflow automation, process optimization, and data management.
Administer user accounts, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings in Salesforce.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement enhancements.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users, addressing issues promptly and effectively.
Develop and maintain documentation, including user guides, process flows, and technical specifications.
Stay informed about Salesforce updates and best practices, implementing new features and functionality as appropriate.
