Head of Legal

We are looking for an experienced Head of Legal to lead legal consulting services for clients operating in high-risk and regulated industries (Gambling, Crypto, FinTech, iGaming, Payments).

Responsibilities:

• Lead legal strategy and complex international cases
• Advise clients on licensing, regulatory compliance, and corporate structuring
• Manage and develop the legal department (Corporate Dept., Crypto Dept., Gambling Dept.)
• Oversee legal risk and compliance across jurisdictions
• Support business growth and key client relationships

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in international / regulatory law
• Strong background in high-risk industries
• Proven leadership and client advisory experience
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
