Senior/Lead Python Engineer

We are a Nordics-based CRM company with a clear ambition to become the leading CRM for small and mid-size businesses in the region.

Our founding team consists of a small group of partners with deep experience in building and scaling CRM products in the past. We’ve recently launched a working MVP on the DataButton (Riff) platform, received strong validation from early customers, and are now entering the next phase — scaling the product and evolving it into a robust, production-ready platform.

We’re looking for a senior technical expert to take ownership of the platform’s development. This is a key role with real influence over architecture, technology choices, and how the product grows. The right person is not only a strong engineer, but also a reliable team player who understands how technology supports business goals.

Your experience and motivation make you comfortable with:

• Communicating to business (not that technical) stakeholders;
• Making pragmatic architectural decisions and managing technical debt;
• Balancing speed, quality, and long-term maintainability;
