Our client is a provider of testing, certification, and other services specializing in healthcare marketplaces.

The engineer will work on an internal business automation application that serves to manage in-field employers and projects properly and manages clients to improve business effectiveness.

You will join the team to increase the engineering capacity in the process of migrating to a newer version of the desktop application.

Working hours should be close to the US Central time zone.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Salesforce Administrator Certification is a must).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and Flows.
  • Knowledge of data management tools such as Data Loader.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • At least Intermediate English level (both written and spoken)

Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and data security. Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows. Create and manage reports, dashboards, and automated processes.
  • System Maintenance and Optimization: Perform regular system maintenance, including updates, backups, and sandbox management. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure seamless operation. Recommend and implement best practices for system configuration and customization.
  • Customization and Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions. Develop and deploy custom functionality using declarative tools like Process Builder and Flows. Manage integration with third-party applications and tools.
  • User Support and Training: Provide technical support to Salesforce users, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly. Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure user adoption and proficiency. Gather feedback to enhance the user experience and improve system usability.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity through regular data audits, deduplication, and clean-up. Import and export data as needed, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Compliance and Security: Maintain compliance with organizational policies, data protection regulations, and Salesforce best practices. Ensure system security by managing permissions and monitoring access.

Nice to have:

  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder).
  • Experience with third-party integrations and AppExchange applications.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Experience in industries such as [insert relevant industry, e.g., financial services, healthcare].
