Functional Data Analyst (SAP Materials Management)

We are looking for Functional Data Analysts (SAP MM) to support the Materials Management domain within an SAP S/4HANA programme. The role focuses on analysing, mapping, validating, and supporting the migration of MM-related data to ensure accurate and reliable procurement, inventory, and warehouse processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse SAP MM data objects, including materials, suppliers, and inventory records
• Support data mapping, transformation, and validation activities
• Collaborate with the MM Business Process & Data Lead and the Data Migration team
• Support UAT, data loads, and cutover preparation activities
• Assist in identifying and resolving data quality issues

Requirements

• Experience with SAP MM in a functional or data-focused role
• Good understanding of procurement and/or inventory management processes
• Hands-on experience with data analysis and validation
• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional project teams
• Fluent English and Polish
