We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who will take full ownership of our marketing function and lead marketing across two strategic directions:
- Honeycomb Software as a service-based software development company
- beezi.ai — our own AI-powered product for enterprises
This is a key leadership role with a strong product launch and go-to-market focus. You’ll be responsible for building and executing marketing strategy from scratch, launching beezi.ai to the market, and at the same time supporting and strengthening our service business positioning.

Honeycomb Software is a software development and consulting company that builds custom digital solutions for businesses in the US and Europe.
Alongside our service business, we are launching beezi.ai — an autonomous AI coding agent designed for established companies that want to integrate AI into their development workflows and accelerate engineering productivity without rebuilding teams from scratch.
Your Mission
- Successfully launch beezi.ai to the market and drive its early traction
- Build a clear and scalable go-to-market strategy for the product
- Strengthen Honeycomb Software’s brand as a trusted service partner and employer
- Build and lead a marketing function that supports both product and service directions
Key Goals
- Launch and scale beezi.ai (positioning, messaging, channels, demand generation)
- Increase brand awareness of Honeycomb Software
- Generate qualified leads for both product and services
- Support sales and presales with strong marketing materials
- Build and evolve marketing as a function and potential service offering
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing (beezi.ai)
- Own the go-to-market strategy for beezi.ai
- Define product positioning, ICPs, value propositions, and messaging
- Plan and execute the product launch (content, campaigns, distribution)
- Build demand generation for the product (LinkedIn, email, partnerships, etc.)
- Work closely with product, engineering, and sales to align roadmap and messaging
- Track product marketing performance and iterate based on data
Service Marketing (Honeycomb Software)
- Audit, rebuild, and execute marketing strategy for Honeycomb Software
- Strengthen company positioning as a service vendor and employer brand
- Generate inbound leads and support outbound efforts
- Support sales with presentations, proposals, case studies, and pitch materials
- Participate in presale calls to improve value propositions
Team & Operations
- Review, manage, and grow the internal marketing team (currently: two Content Managers and Graphic Designer)
- Coordinate external contractors or agencies when needed
- Set priorities, goals, and KPIs for the marketing team
- Monitor performance using analytics and adjust strategy accordingly
- Plan and support marketing activities around events, webinars, and conferences
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing
- 3+ years of experience in an IT services or product company
- Experience launching or scaling a product (startup or internal product is a big plus)
- Strong understanding of go-to-market and product marketing
- Strategic mindset with a hands-on execution approach
- Experience working closely with founders, product, and sales teams
- Strong sales enablement skills (decks, case studies, whitepapers, messaging)
- Experience with content, brand, and demand generation marketing
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools (HubSpot or similar)
- Data-driven approach, familiarity with analytics tools
- Experience working with US and European markets
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing AI, SaaS, or developer-focused products
- Experience building marketing from scratch or during early product stages
- Experience with account-based marketing (ABM)
- Background in service companies that later launched their own product
