We are looking for a skilled Middle Salesforce Administrator to join our team and work on an enterprise-level project with a global presence. In this role, you will be a key part of the DataOps team, ensuring our Salesforce instance is scalable, efficient, and perfectly aligned with strategic business goals.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator (Sales Cloud experience is a must, Person Accounts experience is a plus);
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration: custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types;
- Expertise in User Administration (onboarding, profiles, roles, permission sets, and third-party plugin licenses);
- Advanced proficiency in Process Automation, specifically with Salesforce Flow and validation rules;
- Strong skills in Reports & Dashboards (creating custom report types, queries, and actionable data visualisation);
- Excellence in Data Management (maintaining data quality, deduplication, matching rules, and complex data migrations);
- English level: at least Upper-intermediate or higher (ability to translate technical info for non-technical stakeholders).
Will be a plus:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201);
- Familiarity with tools like Conga Composer, Outreach.io, or Gridbuddy;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform daily system administration, configuration, and proactive maintenance of the Salesforce platform;
- Manage user access, security settings, and permissions to ensure a secure environment;
- Optimise operational efficiency by enhancing and automating existing business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technical requirements;
- Design and maintain custom report types, dashboards, and grids to provide business insights;
- Leading user training, onboarding, and developing documentation to improve CRM adoption;
- Support the management of integrations with third-party and AppExchange applications;
- Monitor Salesforce releases and test new features in sandbox environments before deployment.
