We’re looking for a senior‑level full‑stack engineer who thrives in extreme ownership environments. Someone who ships fast, thinks in product, and operates with zero ego. What You’ll Do
• Build and ship production‑ready features across the stack with minimal oversight
• Own complex UI/UX flows using TypeScript, React, Next.js, Tailwind, DaisyUI
• Independently deliver backend features using Node.js, Fastify, Postgres
• Collaborate in a culture of radical autonomy, optional code reviews, and direct feedback
• Work closely with founders to shape product direction and architecture
• Contribute to an AI‑first product strategy, including Python‑based ML/AI components
• Operate in a hybrid/remote, high‑output environment with high bandwidth communication
Required
• Expert‑level proficiency in TypeScript, React, Next.js
• Strong UI/UX instincts and the ability to craft polished, intuitive interfaces
• Ability to independently own backend features (Node.js, Postgres, Fastify)
• Exceptional communication, resilience, and product intuition
• Proven success in high‑autonomy, high‑ownership environments
• Zero ego, high intrinsic motivation, and willingness to work long hours when needed
• Ability to thrive without managerial oversight—because we don’t have managers
Bonus Points
• Experience with Tailwind, DaisyUI, Playwright, DDD, CQRS, queues
• Python experience for ML/AI components
• Track record as an ex‑founder or early‑stage startup engineer
• Demonstrated success in hybrid/remote high‑output teams
