We’re looking for an Instructional Designer to develop and enhance our Polish learning content, with a strong focus on improving the learning experience.
You’ll shape Mate’s educational practices, keeping all tech and non-tech courses consistent, market-ready, and career-focused.
In Poland, we currently offer 8 courses and continue to expand our portfolio.

Tasks you will cover:
- Analyzing the market and trends to ensure our students have the best possible learning experience
- Auditing our courses and adapting them to Polish educational practices
- Working closely with our coordinators to improve overall learning experience of our students
- Partnering with SMEs on content production: defining learning objectives, developing video scripts, and designing quizzes and tasks
- Creating new courses from scratch in the future
We expect that you:
- Have experience in a similar role 2+ years with prior experience working in an Ed Tech
- A true fan of education, know teaching techniques beyond the "Learning How to Learn" book
- You are a content nerd: you love seeking out inconsistencies in the content and fixing them
- Have excellent communication skills: convey ideas clearly in writing and verbally, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Ready to step into our students' shoes by immersing yourself in the learning process
- Know how to present complex material to beginners
- Will act as an advocate for the instructional approach, helping teams communicate our standards to students
- Bring a strong understanding of the Polish education market, including best practices, learning culture, and labor market trends—ideally within IT
- Have upper-intermediate English and native Polish

- Performance Marketing course: improving course quality
- Angular module: developing the module from scratch
