A product tech company is looking for a DevOps Team Lead.
The company operates a large-scale international B2C digital platform in the live content and streaming domain. The mobile product connects creators with their audiences worldwide and enables talent monetization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team, providing technical guidance and setting best practices
- Own the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of infrastructure architecture
- Drive infrastructure strategy across R&D, staging, and production environments
- Architect and optimize scalable, secure, and highly available systems
- Design, implement, and oversee robust CI/CD pipelines across multiple projects
- Ensure reliability, performance, and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure (GCP)
- Lead incident response and ensure timely resolution of system issues
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Security, and Product teams
- Standardize DevOps processes, automation, and monitoring practices
- Participate in planning, forecasting, and technical decision-making at a strategic level
The role involves working with technologies such as Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, CI/CD tools, infrastructure-as-code systems, and cloud platforms.
Requirements:
- DevOps / Infrastructure experience
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Strong experience with build automation tools (Gradle or similar)
- Linux administration experience (CentOS / RedHat)
- Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, Ansible)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration management tools (Terraform, Ansible, SaltStack, etc.)
- Strong experience with GCP
- Deep understanding of containerization and orchestration systems (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers
- Strong communication skills and ability to drive cross-team initiatives
- Intermediate+ English (written and spoken)
