We are looking for an HR Specialist to manage one or more of our client’s accounts and will be the decision maker and focal point between (1) the clients abroad (2) the service providers and (3) the management team of Trust.
Responsibilities:
Daily responsibilities:
- Maintain proper records of employee leaves;
- Assist HR Manager in policy formulation;
- Follow internal HR policies and procedures (daily short reports, weekly/monthly email reports);
Onboarding/Releasing responsibilities:
- Update employee onboarding presentations;
- Take care of new hire paperwork and logistics – setting up designated workstations, first day presents;
- Schedule and coordinate onboarding assignments;
- Up-to-date employee records, including personal information, service contracts, and benefits documentation;
HR events and presents:
- Organize gifts for employees (birthday, anniversary, women/men`s day, others);
- Organize happy hours upon request;
- Organize Online/Offline events (in Poland and abroad) together with HR Manager, coordinate the event;
