Product Designer

Stape is seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you will work closely with the product, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver impactful updates to our products and websites. You will work closely with product manager, design lead and the CEO.

Key tasks:

• Shape UX and UI design practice across our products
• Design new and improve existing pages of our website
• Translate broad, conceptual ideas into effective communication with our global customer base
• Ability to conduct user research
• Iterate continuously to refine and improve designs
• Be responsible for maintaining consistency with Stape’s design language
• Create and maintain a design system
• Ensure seamless asset delivery and collaboration with engineers
• Play an active role in all stages of website design, including research, ideation, wireframing, final design, and testing.

Your background:

• 4+ years of experience as a product designer
• Trendy and stylish UI
• Proven experience in product design for SaaS and dashboards
• Proven experience in creating websites for international tech products
• Experience in UX moderated and unmoderated researches
• Working with AI tools to improve the product design process
• Leveraging analytics data to guide design decisions
• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (channels, analytics, automation)
• Intermediate+ level of English

Would be a plus one of this:

• Experience in Illustration or Graph design
• Experience in Webflow design
