Responsibilities

Design and implement AI agents, multi-agent workflows, and reasoning pipelines using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
Translate procurement and business processes into agent architectures, prompts, tools, schemas, memory systems, and RAG pipelines
Develop and maintain AI services using Python, streaming architectures, and cloud-native deployment patterns
Build AI orchestration, tool integrations, and secure agent interactions with internal and external systems
Design evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and guardrails to ensure accuracy, reliability, cost-efficiency, and alignment with business logic
Implement monitoring, observability, and quality controls for production AI systems, including drift detection, hallucination mitigation, and performance tracking
Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, security, and EU AI Act requirements through documentation, risk assessments, and operational controls
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Security, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable AI solutions
Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging models, agentic frameworks, architectures, and vendors, converting innovation into production-ready capabilities.

Requirements

Strong experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG, prompt engineering, and advanced reasoning techniques (ReAct, Plan-and-Execute, Chain-of-Thought).
Expert Python development skills and experience building production-grade AI services.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, vector databases, and AI infrastructure.
Practical knowledge of AI evaluation, guardrails, safety, observability, and governance.
Ability to balance technical excellence with business outcomes and communicate complex AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
