Assistant Media Buyer

We're looking for a Media Buyer Assistant to support our Media Buying team day to day, based in Warsaw.

What You'll Do

• Support the Media Buyer in day-to-day operational tasks.
• Execute assigned tasks independently, without requiring constant guidance.
• Work within Facebook Ads Manager / Facebook ad accounts.
• Understand how campaigns are launched and structured.
• Gradually get involved in creative task-setting and team communication.
• Over time, take on more independence in launching and managing campaigns.

Must-have

• At least 6 months of hands-on Facebook Ads Manager experience.
• Basic understanding of key metrics and the logic behind campaign analysis.
• Understanding of team workflow: how tasks are assigned, how creatives are requested, how communication works.
• Ability to work independently, without needing help with basic-level questions.
• Based in Warsaw.

Nice to have

• English at B2 level.
