Marketing Web Designer

Currently, we are looking for an experienced  Marketing Web Designer to join us on a full-time basis remotely. The ideal candidate combines exceptional visual design and brand thinking with a strong understanding of how marketing websites need to work. You know how to take a brief, copy, and a blank Figma canvas and turn them into a visually compelling digital experience that communicates clearly and drives action. You'll own the design of our landing pages, web pages, and email templates, working closely with marketing, copywriting, and development teams to create high-quality digital experiences that bring our brand and campaigns to life while supporting measurable results.

Our client is a serial entrepreneur building a fast-growing DTC digital health platform serving the U.S. market. Small team, strong execution, no fluff. 

 What You'll Do:

• Design landing pages, web pages, and web experiences that bring creative concepts to life and support conversion goals
• Turn briefs and copy into strong visual concepts using typography, layout, imagery, and storytelling
• Create polished Figma designs ready for developer handoff
• Create and art-direct visual assets for each page
• Balance visual impact with clear hierarchy, usability, and conversion principles
• Improve designs based on campaign performance and testing
• Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to launch effective campaigns
• Maintain and evolve our visual language across web and email channels

 Who we're looking for:

• 5+ years of professional digital or marketing design experience, focused on web, campaigns, DTC, e-commerce, or B2C brands
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality landing pages, campaign experiences, and digital brand work
• Ability to take an open brief and develop the visual direction
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Exceptional visual craft across typography, layout, imagery, and design systems
• Good understanding of UX, hierarchy, and conversion principles, with the ability to make ambitious work functional and easy to navigate
• Comfortable working in a small, high-output team and owning your work end-to-end
• Strong written and spoken English; you'll work with a U.S. market and review copy daily
• Experience in DTC, health, wellness, or subscription businesses is a plus
