SKELAR Platform is the venture builder's operational core, helping founders move faster from zero to one. While business teams focus on the product, 15+ Platform teams fully own Legal, Finance, HR, Admin, Talent Acquisition, Communications, IT, and other functions for the entire ecosystem.

We're currently looking for a Personal Assistant at SKELAR Platform.

You'll become the CEO's right hand — the person who keeps dozens of tasks in focus at once and gives the CEO space to think about strategy rather than logistics.

Challenges you'll take on:

— Execute and coordinate the CEO's operational, administrative, and organizational tasks — from selecting gifts for partners to supporting complex projects;

— Support the CEO with personal requests that require quick decisions, information search, or contractor coordination;

— Organize business and personal trips end-to-end: book flights, hotels, and transfers, prepare itineraries, and plan meetings and business events;

— Conduct research and analyze information on the CEO's requests, prepare comparisons, recommendations, and concise conclusions for decision-making;

— Select and coordinate gifts for partners and colleagues — from idea generation to overseeing procurement and delivery;

— Find solutions to non-standard tasks by working with internal teams, contractors, and external partners.

What matters to us:

— Ukrainian at C1 level, Polish at B2, English at B1 or higher;

— Proactivity: you can anticipate the CEO's needs and find ways to optimize their time;

— Strong organizational and communication skills;

— Flexibility and efficiency in multitasking, with the ability to quickly prioritize and manage time;

— Resilience under stress and readiness to handle private matters;

— Responsibility and ownership — you drive tasks through to completion without letting them fall through at the execution stage;

— Ability to quickly find information, analyze data, and structure conclusions and recommendations.
