In the Salaries view only the following are shown on the Management category: Delivery, Product, Program, Project, Scrum. Would be nice to add Engineering Manager separately.

Engineering Manager role is missing in the form. While there is CTO / Founder / Tech Lead / Architect and Manager (this one is unclear to me) are there, Engineering Manager is considered a separate role. Would be nice to add it.
