What will you be doing?

Creating, defining, and managing build and deployment processes with a focus on process discipline and automation;
Automating existing manual DevOps processes;
Managing and deploying application configuration assets;
Determining environment configurations to support the applications;
Troubleshooting deployment and environmental configuration issues;
Driving toward consistency across all application environments, both in test and production;
Introducing best practices within the DevOps tech stack;
Be responsible for leading the DevOps pipeline across all departments;
Working closely with other Application Development teams, Team Leads, and Product Owners to design and deliver quality software meeting the ongoing operational needs;
Providing the technical ‘glue’ that holds the team together while advising on technical decisions and innovation;
Configuration, development, optimization, and monitoring of our web and service environments;
Completing daily operational checklist to prevent issues or outages and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software.

What are we looking for?

Upper Intermediate English or higher (B2+);
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience;
3+ years of demonstrable experience designing and maintaining large VPC deployments in AWS;
2+ years of experience using a configuration management software – Helm, Terraform, AWS Cloud Formation;
At least 1 year of experience w/ testing automation;
3+ years of experience practicing DevOps;
3+ years of Cloud Infrastructure experience (AWS, Azure);
3+ years developing scripting skills such as: Python, Shell (Bash);
Expert in Jenkins Pipelines, shared libraries;
Strong knowledge of building tools for Java, NodeJS like Gradle, npm;
3+ years of working with Amazon AWS services, such as EC2, IAM, RDS, S3, EBS, CloudWatch, Lambda, API Gateway;
Cloud and data asset management;
Experience building and running workloads in Kubernetes;
Experience in Identity and Access Management;
DevOps Tooling (Terraform, Terragrunt, Jenkins, Ansible);
Unix/Linux administration and troubleshooting;
Ability to self-organize, managing several concurrent initiatives.

What skills will come in handy?

Proven ability to learn fast;
Demonstrated ability to be resourceful and innovative;
AWS Infrastructure certificates, DevOps certifications or any other infrastructure certifications are preferable.
