The Head of PR and Marketing will be responsible for designing and leading the company’s public relations and marketing strategy to build brand awareness in key target audiences to support the company’s overall business objectives.

We invite those who fired up to:
  • Developing and executing a comprehensive PR and marketing strategy that supports the company’s business goals and targets;
  • Assembling and managing an effective combination of an in-house team and outsourcing resources;
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key media and industry influencers to increase brand visibility, drive positive coverage and attract sought investment targets;
  • Creating and managing content for all PR and marketing materials, including press and presentation packages, social media and other online content;
  • Developing and managing the company’s overall social media presence, including content strategy and community management;
  • Planning and executing (participation in) events and campaigns to support the company’s business goals;
  • Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of PR and marketing initiatives;
  • Working in close tie with the company’s government relations (GR) team;
  • Working with PR, marketing and GR teams of the company’s portfolio/associated businesses to ensure an effective coordination, consistent messaging, risk management and successful crises resolution.

Essential professional experience:
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field;
  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience in PR and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership/management role;
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR and marketing campaigns;
  • Understanding of digital industry and trends, knowledge/experience in online entertainment is a plus;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Fluent English;
  • Strong  copywriting  skills;
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask;
  • Experience with social media management and analytics;
  • Understanding and experience in personal brand development and management;
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
