Senior Project Manager for Omo

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to drive the team working on the development of the world’s #1 applications in the Health & Fitness category.

OMO is an all-in-one app that helps users build healthy habits to improve their health using the most effective methodologies.
The full-cycle team now includes 35+ professionals who are fully committed to improving the user’s experience and results.

Challenges you’ll face:
• Being responsible for delivery processes: release planning, quality control, and deployment (mobile + web platforms)
• Optimization of internal processes
• Building effective communication with other departments
• Team motivation and people management
• Providing status report and clear feedback to your manager
• Participating in forming the road map, control over the plan execution and informing the team about the overall progress
• Managing and optimizing Asana
• Interviewing and staff planning

Your professional qualities:
• 3+ years of experience in project management
• Experience in operational management at all stages of product development — from design to release
• Practical understanding of mobile and web development processes
• Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum / Kanban)
• Good skills in working with priorities
• Ability to organize collective work and form a healthy team culture
• Experience in People Management
• English level — Upper Intermediate+ (written/spoken)

Nice to have:
• Experience working in a product company and working with web/mobile development
• Work experience with projects within the Health & Fitness segment
• Experience working with Asana
