As a Senior/ ETL Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing the installation and components, brake systems, air suspension systems, and extra equipment. This role involves working on various stages of product development and collaborating with a multicultural team and external contacts.

Responsibilities

Responsibility for Component and QJ work as well as a new development in Projects related to pneumatic and Electrical installations
Working with the main work design tool – KOLA and other data systems and documentations for reporting etc. towards Projects as ETL
Reporting for a cross functional team including Purchasing, production, FVV, aftermarket etc.
Lead and delegate work to Consultant work packages and our other sites, mainly delegation to our site in Bangalore, India
Take on the role of a Senior/ETL Engineer, responsible for component and QJ work and new development projects related to pneumatic and electrical installations
Utilize tools and documentation systems for design work and other data systems and documentation for reporting purposes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including purchasing, production, FVV, aftermarket, and more, ensuring effective communication and coordination
Lead and delegate work to consultant work packages and other sites, primarily delegating tasks to the Bangalore site in India
Engage in design, planning, documentation, validation, and verification of pneumatic installations within project scopes
Demonstrate a structured way of working, contributing to project teams, and leveraging your experience with heavy-duty vehicles if applicable
Possess strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders

Requirements

Engineering degree with several years of working experience as a mechanical engineer
Proficiency in CAD software, with specific experience in Pro/E for design and installation purposes
Strong organizational and project management skills, proven to work effectively within project teams
Experience working with heavy-duty vehicles is advantageous
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Open-mindedness, sociability, energy, passion, and respect for individuals in a multicultural working environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks, take the initiative, maintain a commitment to task completion, and drive improvements
