As the SDR Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading our lead generation efforts. You will be responsible for overseeing a team of skilled lead generation professionals and guiding them toward achieving ambitious targets. Your strategic thinking, leadership skills, and passion for driving growth will be essential in developing and implementing successful lead generation strategies.

Project overview:

It`s the insurance industry's first and only agency development platform. From hiring to training, H.A.T.S. by our client (Hire, Assess, Train, Support) enables you to invest in the most valuable asset to your agency: people.

Hire Smarter:

Gather applicants from all platforms and get objective data to make smarter hiring decisions on our guided, comprehensive applicant tracking system.

Train Faster:

Their revolutionary learning experience breaks the industry mold. Agencies across the country leverage our latest education models and systems to provide practical insurance onboarding for new hires and transitioning assistants into CSRs.

The project team:

Development Team: Middle/Senior Developers, QA Engineer, Business Analyst. 

SDR Team: Team Lead, Lead Generators. 

Growth/development prospects:

The project allows for improving the English level: workflows involve correspondence (regular meetings) with US colleagues.

REQUIREMENTS:

                                                                                                                                                                 

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in lead generation, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Previous team leadership or management experience, showcasing strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
  • Proficiency in using lead generation tools, CRM systems (SalesForce), and analytics platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-driven attitude with a focus on achieving and surpassing goals.
  • Upper-intermediate English level and advanced writing English.
  • Client is in the US and will need overlap hours between 8 am – 12 pm Pacific Standard Time.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of lead generation specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure the team's success.
  • Utilize a data-driven approach to analyze the effectiveness of lead generation campaigns, making data-backed recommendations for optimization.
  • Monitor lead quality and conversion rates, implementing continuous improvements to enhance results.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging lead generation techniques to keep the team's approach innovative and effective.
  • Generate regular reports on lead generation performance, presenting insights and progress to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high performance within the lead generation team.
