They are currently on the lookout for a dynamic individual to enhance our product team as a Technical Product Manager. In this pivotal role, you will act as the liaison between our product team and engineering, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

About the team

In your role you will be supporting 2 project managers and 2 teams.

Assignment description

Your mission will be to support product managers by consolidating requirements from various stakeholders into compelling user stories and functional definitions, ensuring our projects are aligned with user needs and business expectations.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with product management, growth management and stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables, crafting detailed plans that outline timelines and milestones

- Support the Product Manager in backlog management, crafting user stories, setting acceptance criteria, and prioritizing tasks to maximize business value

- Clarify and break down growth and stakeholder requirements into actionable tasks for the development team, ensuring clarity on business needs and facilitating incremental delivery

- Enhance team processes and efficiency by identifying and implementing improvements in requirement gathering, documentation, and communication

- Educate and mentor team members on Scrum and Agile methodologies, promoting a cohesive and effective implementation of these practices

Requirements:

- Exceptional skills in business analysis and technical product management

- Over 5 years of relevant experience

- Proven leadership and team management capabilities

- Fluent in the English language

- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
