As a Product Marketing Manager at Precoro, you will play a critical role in driving the successful launch of a new product. You will be responsible for managing a team and owning the budget for the product marketing activities. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of product marketing principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Product Launch Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to successfully launch the new product, including market research, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of product marketers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team’s success in executing marketing initiatives
- Budget Ownership: Manage the product marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI for marketing activities
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product management, sales, and other internal stakeholders to gather insights, align on product positioning, and develop effective marketing materials and campaigns
- Marketing Collateral Development: Create persuasive marketing collateral, such as sales presentations, product demos, case studies, and white papers, to support the product launch and ongoing marketing efforts
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze key marketing metrics, such as lead conversion rates, campaign performance, and customer feedback, to optimize marketing activities and drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in product marketing or product management, including successfully launching new products
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Nice-to-have skills:
- Experience in a Sales role and environmental projects
- Knowledge of the SaaS industry, “big 4” companies, and B2B Product companies
