We are looking for an experienced business analyst to work with pre-sales. This job involves Part-Time work.
Requirements and Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Proven experience in the full project life cycle within an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- In-depth understanding of project decomposition and delegation in a team setting.
- Collaboration experience with sales teams in prospect calls to comprehend business requirements.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira and other relevant project management software.
- Fluent Technical Writing Skills.
- Upper intermediate English proficiency is a must.
- Experience in coordinating with 3rd party vendors and offshore teams.
- Expertise in running presentations in workshops for customer executives, business and technical leaders.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent requirement gathering and analysis skills with the ability to propose technical solutions within customer requirements and budget.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Previous experience in the blockchain domain, showcasing an understanding of domain-specific requirements.
- Participation in software pre-sales activities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Q&A process, including question collection, consolidation, and facilitation with clients.
- Facilitate Presales Discoveries to gather comprehensive insights into client needs.
- Define Solution Scope through detailed feature lists, ensuring complete coverage of requirements outlined in RFP.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Teams in Estimation and Solution design processes.
- Consolidate Estimates and Assumptions for proposal development.
- Define and describe Roadmap and Delivery Methodology.
- Plan and schedule Discovery Workshops, including agenda creation.
- Visualize and optimize proposal content presentation using various techniques.
- Create Proposal presentation decks (PowerPoint) and present proposals to customers.
- Act as an engagement manager/business consultant during kick-off and discovery phases.
Additionally, this is a Time and Materials (T&M) collaboration format (not full-time employment), allowing the developer to earn money while having a flexible schedule and manageable workload.
