Tendering Researcher

We are looking for an experienced Tendering Specialist who will be responsible for tenders management, proposal writing, procurement, and using analytical skills to assess tenders all over the EU and the US.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role on international markets;
• Written and spoken English at an Upper-Intermediate level or higher;
• General knowledge of the IT industry and the ability to quickly learn new terminology and concepts;
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written — e-mails, project memos, reports, etc.);
• Ability to plan and organize work effectively;
• Ability to work independently with high level of self-management;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of upcoming tenders opportunities all over the EU and the US ;
• Preparation of the commercial offers according to the provisions Management;
• Carrying out all the activities related to the assigned procedure, from the initial analysis phase aimed at participation, to the post-award phase;
• Management of the entire bidding procedure for tenders;
• Cooperate with the Legal Department regarding tendering documentation;
• Analysis of the tender documentation with identification of any critical issues and drafting of questions to be forwarded to the contracting authority for participation;
• Acquire and update all necessary documentation (regulatory and administrative);
• Cooperation with other departments and personnel/offices as per internal policies/procedures and legal requirements;
• Maintain tender / opportunity pipeline.
