Middle/Senior Salesforce administrator

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator with 4+ years of experience to join our high-performing and highly visible Salesforce Team.

Requirements

Must have

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

Will be a plus

• CPQ, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud (a huge plus)
• Recommended Certifications: — Salesforce Advanced Administrator- Preference for Additional Architecture Certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Data Architecture & Management, Sharing & Visibility, etc.)
• — Preference for Consultant Certifications (service cloud, data cloud, sales cloud)

Responsibilities

• Daily management of a development team(s) alongside the Product Manager / Owner
• Develop and lead a team of Salesforce technical experts, including Admins & Developers, ensuring best practices are adhered to, and projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Act as a subject matter expert for the platform, providing mentorship and knowledge transfer to the team while constantly looking to elevate the skill set of the team
• Design and build custom and standard components on the Salesforce platform
• Building (hands-on) some of the more complex areas of the requirements
• Work with Freestar Solution/Technical Architects
• Scoping, sizing, and estimating of work once the technical designs are agreed upon
• Create & review Solution Design Documents and provide feedback as required, with a strong focus on reducing technical complexity
