We are looking for a Support Developer to interact with our clients from Global Markets.
• analyzing and diagnosing incoming cases;
• debugging server-side, client-side code, and database queries;
• conducting comprehensive testing of the solution;
• providing development consultations, including phone support;
• handling feedback on cases and escalations efficiently;
• analyzing the performance of all system components;
• resolving the issue or preparing a description for product developers.
• knowledge of JavaScript;
• knowledge of C#;
• experience in SQL (T-SQL) at an intermediate level;
• experience with MS SQL Server, Oracle and Postgres databases;
• extensive background in web application development;
• skilled in developing integrations between web applications;
• excellent customer service and interpersonal skills;
• exceptional proficiency in both verbal and written communication;
• strong teamwork and collaboration skills;
• the ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively;
• English level — Upper-intermediate or higher.
