Senior Python Engineer

Honeycomb Software is an innovative, fast–growing software company that develops digital products for startups and online businesses. We are hiring a Senior Python Engineer to drive the software development. You will play a crucial role in in developing and maintaining of our platform, utilizing your expertise in Python, Django, and CSS. 

Project Description:The client is a leading player in the cannabis industry and is dedicated to providing innovative solutions and services. The platform, focused primarily on B2B interactions, is designed to enhance the experience and efficiency of cannabis-related businesses.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience as a Python Developer 
• Proficiency in Python, Django, and CSS 
• Familiarity with the Heroku hosting platform is a strong advantage 
• Experience with real-time components and scalable applications 
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 
• Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate and self-motivate 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives 
• Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications using Django framework 
• Implement user interface components using CSS to enhance platform aesthetics and functionality 
• Integrate and optimize Heroku for hosting and deployment purposes 
• Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of the platform
