HR Specialist

We are looking for a talented HR Specialist to join our amazing team in Poland!

For over 10 years, Beetroot has been a trusted partner for companies worldwide to solve their software and tech staffing needs. We are building a homey working environment across Ukraine, Sweden, Bulgaria, and Poland and have more than 500 specialists. 

As an integral part of our company, as an HR Specialist, you will build close relationships with our teams of developers based in Poznan (Poland) and international clients, ensuring that the collaboration goes smoothly and the team is equipped for productive and happy engagement.

What you'll do in this role  

• Work with teams based in Poland
• Organize and handle all the HR-related processes for the team, like internal communication, team onboarding, feedback sessions, help with building development plans, support team building opportunities, take part in administrative tasks, and initiate team development
• Facilitate healthy ecological interaction in the teams for good daily cooperation 
• Participate in community and brand-building activities 
• Moreover, you’ll interact directly with clients regarding further team relations, team design, and composition to meet the client's business needs in the best possible way
• You’ll also collaborate closely with recruiters and other HRs in adding the best possible talents to your teams, sarong best practices, and giving/receiving support

We're looking for

• 2+ years of experience as an HR Specialist in the IT industry 
• Knowledge of Polish labor law and social security regulations
• Knowledge of procedures related to the employment of foreigners
• Good understanding of the Polish IT market 
• Problem-solver and outgoing personality 
• Advanced Polish language knowledge 
• At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English knowledge 
• Located in Poznan to be able to work from our office there
