Customer Support Manager (Email)

Internal motivation and an amazing team are the main sources of success, therefore, we aspire to connect with like-minded experts to create and develop awesome things together!We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist, who will email our customers, assisting them with any technical issues and complaints.Responsibilities:

— Handle customer requests in a timely manner, and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives;

— Cultivate long-term relationships;

— Working with Google Sheets \ Excel sheets and the company’s CRM systems;

— Capability to work independently and as part of a team;

— Handle written communication professionally;

— Coordinate with the Marketing team to investigate and resolve clients’ issues;*Working hours 12:00-19:00 (Warsaw time)Requirements:

— At least 6 months experience in Customer Support;

— Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (minimum accepted level is Upper-Intermediate);

— Ability to actively drive problems to resolution;

— Resistance to stressful situations with customers;

*Experience with the USA market will be a huge plus.
