 Responsibilities
-Implement and oversee Google Analytics to ensure precise website performance tracking.

-Continuously monitor and report key metrics for marketing channels effectiveness, particular marketing campaigns in affiliate, performance, media, SEO, SMM channels, providing insights for ongoing enhancement.

-Lead Google Tag Manager for tracking codes and collaborate with development teams for smooth implementation.

-Perform detailed data analysis and create reports and dashboards in Looker Studio/Tableau/ Grafana etc.

-Collaborate with various teams to align on marketing objectives.

-Communicate data findings and strategic insights clearly to stakeholders to support informed decision-making in marketing.

-Coordinate with the team to design and conduct A/B tests when necessary.

-Utilize tools such as GA4, GTM, SQL, Looker Studio, Tableau etc, and various advertising pixels like Google, Meta Ads, etc.

Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics.

-In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Google Analytics, especially GA4.

-Proven expertise in using Google Tag Manager to deploy and manage tracking codes.

-Proficient in creating reports and dashboards using BI tools like Looker Studio/Tableau/Power BI etc.

-Hands-on experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools, analyzing test results and providing recommendations based on data-driven insights.
