Sales Manager (Beetroot Academy)

Life is in full swing at Beetroot Academy! We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to accelerate our growth efforts in the European and Ukrainian markets. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the adult technology education industry. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with customers, and enhancing our market presence in key European regions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales. 

Your Future Tasks:

  • Engage potential students via video/phone, email, and other mediums to communicate our offerings and drive new enrollments into our programs 
  • Utilize CRM software to manage the sales pipeline and monitor & report on sales performance
  • Participate in industry events, webinars, and networking opportunities to promote Beetroot Academy and our offerings 
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and the competitive landscape
  • Work closely with the product team to provide customer insights and help refine our offerings

Minimum qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in the education technology sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth 
  • Strong understanding of the European market landscape and cultural nuances
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Hubspot) and Google Suite 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (C1+) 
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support market expansion efforts 

Would be a plus:

  • Experience in B2B sales or marketing
  • Fluency or professional proficiency in Polish, Romania, or Ukrainian 
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and online education trends
